Fair, honest and reasonable prices. I’ve taken my Porsche there a few times.

First time I ever had any place work on my car without a set of problems after.

Hands down, the most honest and compassionate mechanic I've ever worked with. Brian goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of, and he's not too proud to tell you when a second opinion might be worth a shot if he's uncertain in the repair. He has spent hours and hours of time under the hood of my car, driving it, and pouring over research. He is compassionate and understanding and willing to try and work with you. He truly views his clients as people and not just numbers. I'm not going to say that he's the cheapest mechanic, because he's not. But I am saying that you get what you pay for, and his high quality parts, years of euro car knowledge, and dedication to his clients are well worth the price.

Import Auto was great! They went out of their way to let me know about an extra problem that they saw and only charged me for the part on that portion which saved me 600 or more in the near future! Stellar communication all the way around as well not to mention being able to figure out and diagnose the problem in the first place! No one else could figure it out! Having to replace the turbo wasn't fun but they made it as pleasant as it could be.

Brian gave me a quote to replace 4 rotors and Brake Pads (all 4 wheels Labor only) on my 2021 Infiniti QX50 and accomplished the job on time at a fair price including my Military Discount. Vehicle now brakes smoothly and NO metal chirping sounds (sensor). I've always had great service and rapport at Import Auto.

I own a 2005 Ford Ranger XLT 4.0 V6 with 148,000 miles a nice reliable truck. She has given me some issues though and some of them I’ve not been able to do myself or have the time these guys have taken me in last minute have helped me out the prices. Don’t feel like my Wallet is always crying. It feels like I am paying for exactly what I need. Their whole crew is great. Bryan is also exceptional to talk to and has a lot of Car knowledge and if you get to talk to him, you can have a great conversation. I honestly don’t think I will take my truck anywhere else. I have taken my truck other place before I went to these guys. I didn’t have the best Experience but with these guys, I’ve never had an issue. They’ve always looked over my stuff and my made my truck Work better. They did a hard reset on my truck because it was having a couple issues and it fixed it. And made it run better though that might not be permanent it will help me and help them be able to identify the steps along the way as I drive the truck more and as the computer, learns the habits again. I’d recommend anyone take their vehicle here. Great shop, great team, great people.
