Absolute scam artists. I dropped my car off for what I thought was a simple quote appointment. They didn't run a single test or pop the hood—they literally just looked at it. Despite doing nothing, they charged me a $360 "diagnostic" fee, and never warned me about this charge beforehand. They quoted me $1,200 for a repair that costs $50 in parts, with a total bill of $5,000 for unnecessary work. I took my car to a different, honest shop, and they fixed everything for just $700. Charging an unannounced fee for a quote is unethical, and quoting inflated scare-tactic prices shows either gross incompetence or outright dishonesty. Do not trust this shop with your car or your wallet.

I brought my VW in after it stopped starting. Taryn was extremely helpful in getting me booked for an appointment & letting me know what the issue was. She honestly explained to me the cost of the work & recommended I move on from my car because the work would cost more than what the vehicle is even worth. I appreciate that kind of honesty in an establishment. Highly recommend Auto Import Clinic.

Import Auto Clinic was so nice to me. They stayed open late so I could pick up my car when I was stuck in traffic. Their prices are fare.

Import Auto is great to deal with. I’ve brought several vehicles to them for repairs and have always been satisfied with their work. They keep me updated on everything going on with my vehicles while in the shop and make sure to get approvals for any unforeseen repairs that may be necessary. Their prices may be a little higher than some shops and shade tree mechanics but I’m happy to pay a premium for their expertise on my imports knowing the job will be done correctly and warrantied. This shop is awesome!! I had an A.C. Issue and my car was at another shop for almost a month and a half, $1300 later and it still wasn’t fixed. I brought it to imports and within a day they called me with the issue and had it fixed in 2/3 days. I’m ALWAYS bringing my Audi back here! I would recommend it to anyone who has a German vehicle.
